The repository's own quality-gate tooling. A generated FM Web app runs its own tests but does not lint itself, so it needs neither these scripts nor these packages; before this repository grew its own gates, generated apps shipped neither. They are therefore removed from every manifest the generator writes, and nothing else is: the app keeps its test script and its runtime dependencies.
